Payment Methods We Accept
We work exclusively with trusted third-party processors — Stripe and PayPal — to handle your transactions securely. Both accept all major credit and debit cards. Available payment options are displayed at checkout. Your card details are never visible to us; we only receive confirmation from the payment processor when a transaction is successful.
How We Keep Your Payment Secure
All payments are processed through SSL-secure webpages. Your payment information is SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our provider’s secure network for authorisation and approval. We never store your credit card details on our servers. The only information we receive is your name, address, email, the products you ordered, and the payment method used.
If you create a SoieVia account, it is password-protected and accessible only by you. For your security, we cannot access your account unless you choose to share your login details — which we strongly advise against.
If There’s a Payment Issue
If your payment cannot be processed, we will contact you by email to resolve the issue. If payment remains unsuccessful for more than three days, your order will be cancelled and the items released back into stock.
Currencies & Conversion Fees
We accept most major currencies, which you can select in our store menu. All currency conversion fees are covered by us, so you can shop in your preferred currency without hidden charges.
